Across TCGA cell cohorts, WSB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,671 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Golgi vesicle transport, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with WSB1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB1-to-partner and partner-to-WSB1 results are reported.
