WRNIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,494 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRNIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDYL, WRNIP1_S75, and DHX16. Each is linked with WRNIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-WRNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WRNIP1 versus CDYL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
