WRNIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRNIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,148 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIOK1, BPHL, and PSMG4. Each is linked with WRNIP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-WRNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WRNIP1 versus RIOK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
