WRNIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRNIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP26, TRGJP, and CYCSP44. Each is linked with WRNIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-WRNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP26 grouped by WRNIP1-low versus WRNIP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
