The most reproducible WRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, ESCO2, and CDCA2. Each is linked with WRN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRN-to-partner and partner-to-WRN results are reported.
