Across TCGA cell cohorts, WRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,754 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mismatch repair, Regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with WRN in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRN-to-partner and partner-to-WRN results are reported.
