Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WRAP73 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WRAP73 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher WRAP73 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WRAP73 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where WRAP73 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
