WRAP73

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRAP73 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,032 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRAP73-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMNAT1, PKM, and LRRC47. Each is linked with WRAP73 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRAP73-to-partner and partner-to-WRAP73 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WRAP73 versus NMNAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRAP73→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRAP73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
