WRAP73

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRAP73 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRAP73-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, p62 Lck ligand, and eIF4E. Each is linked with WRAP73 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRAP73-to-partner and partner-to-WRAP73 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by WRAP73-low versus WRAP73-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRAP73→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRAP73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
