Across TCGA cell cohorts, WRAP73 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,170 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRAP73-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair, Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Coenzyme A biosynthetic process. Each is linked with WRAP73 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRAP73-to-partner and partner-to-WRAP73 results are reported.
