Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRAP53 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,102 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WRAP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP131, PFAS, and C17orf100. Each is linked with WRAP53 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRAP53-to-partner and partner-to-WRAP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WRAP53 versus CEP131 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRAP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRAP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
