The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher WNT9B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where WNT9B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
