WNT9B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,639 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT9B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, TNS2, and FERMT2. Each is linked with WNT9B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT9B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT9B versus PPP1R12B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.16.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
