Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT8B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasminogen activation, Positive regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of cation transmembrane transport. Each is linked with WNT8B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT8B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT8B results are reported.
