The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher WNT7B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where WNT7B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
