WNT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,119 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CA12, RAB3D, and TWF1. Each is linked with WNT6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT6-to-partner and partner-to-WNT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT6 versus CA12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
