WNT6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,911 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX10, POLDIP3, and SUN2. Each is linked with WNT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT6-to-partner and partner-to-WNT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT6 versus SOX10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
