Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC2P3, LYPLA1P1, and RNU6-1060P. Each is linked with WNT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT6-to-partner and partner-to-WNT6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC2P3 grouped by WNT6-low versus WNT6-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
