Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with WNT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT6-to-partner and partner-to-WNT6 results are reported.
