WNT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP11-1, IL31, and GABRG1. Each is linked with WNT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT6-to-partner and partner-to-WNT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP11-1 grouped by WNT6-low versus WNT6-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
