Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT5A-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WNT5A-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher WNT5A-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT5A-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and HNSC show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and STAD are the cancer types where WNT5A-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
