Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT4 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher WNT4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where WNT4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
