Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher WNT3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where WNT3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
