WNT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,037 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, SELENOF, and CCDC43. Each is linked with WNT3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT3 versus RRBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
