Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHANK2, SHANK2-AS2, and SHANK2-AS1. Each is linked with WNT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT3 versus SHANK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
