WNT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-991P, RNU6-752P, and MIR4510. Each is linked with WNT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-991P grouped by WNT3-low versus WNT3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
