WNT2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,231 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHC3, PLCD1, and CRMP1. Each is linked with WNT2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT2B versus PHC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
