WNT2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFS, SLA2, and GARS1. Each is linked with WNT2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT2B versus EFS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
