WNT2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM8B, CLDND2, and RECQL4. Each is linked with WNT2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM8B grouped by WNT2B-low versus WNT2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
