WNT2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M1, RBMY1A1, and MOG. Each is linked with WNT2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4M1 grouped by WNT2B-low versus WNT2B-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
