Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT11 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher WNT11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, UCEC, and LGG are the cancer types where WNT11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
