WNT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP3P2, ATG4A, and LACTB. Each is linked with WNT11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT11-to-partner and partner-to-WNT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPP3P2 grouped by WNT11-low versus WNT11-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
