WNT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, GUCY2F, and DDX25. Each is linked with WNT11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT11-to-partner and partner-to-WNT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by WNT11-low versus WNT11-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
