WNT10A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,961 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT10A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEC, CASP4, and NEDD4L. Each is linked with WNT10A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT10A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT10A versus PLEC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
