WNT10A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT10A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMS, SLC6A2, and CORO2B. Each is linked with WNT10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT10A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT10A versus SMS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
