WNT10A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 223 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2K2, MIR548B, and SNORA3C. Each is linked with WNT10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT10A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2K2 grouped by WNT10A-low versus WNT10A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
