WNT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,275 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN6, PRKCB, and SEC11C. Each is linked with WNT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT1-to-partner and partner-to-WNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT1 versus SEPTIN6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
