Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATZ1, MYL12A, and CORO2B. Each is linked with WNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT1-to-partner and partner-to-WNT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT1 versus PATZ1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
