WNT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 89 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-leucine transport, Long-chain fatty acid import across plasma membrane, and Regulation of protein autoubiquitination. Each is linked with WNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT1-to-partner and partner-to-WNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L-leucine transport grouped by WNT1-low versus WNT1-high in PDAC.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
