WNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-937P, RNU6-832P, and DUTP8. Each is linked with WNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT1-to-partner and partner-to-WNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-937P grouped by WNT1-low versus WNT1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
