Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell proliferation in midbrain, Vesicle targeting, and Protein-DNA complex assembly. Each is linked with WNT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT1-to-partner and partner-to-WNT1 results are reported.
