WLS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WLS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,305 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WLS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S89, DOCK2_S1685, and ESF1_S153. Each is linked with WLS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WLS-to-partner and partner-to-WLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WLS versus DDX21_S89 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→WLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
