Across TCGA patient cohorts, WLS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,143 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG12-AS1, MIR1262, and CTBP2P8. Each is linked with WLS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WLS-to-partner and partner-to-WLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WLS versus GNG12-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
