WLS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WLS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548A3, USH2A-AS1, and LINC02220. Each is linked with WLS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WLS-to-partner and partner-to-WLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548A3 grouped by WLS-low versus WLS-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→WLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
