Across TCGA patient cohorts, WLS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, S6_pS240_S244, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with WLS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WLS-to-partner and partner-to-WLS results are reported.
