Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WLS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN17, PTH, and NEUROD2. Each is linked with WLS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WLS-to-partner and partner-to-WLS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN17 grouped by WLS-low versus WLS-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→WLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
