WIPI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1, BAG6, and FBXL18. Each is linked with WIPI2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPI2 versus FOXK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
