Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIPI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic mismatch repair, Endosomal transport, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with WIPI2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI2 results are reported.
