Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,283 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WIPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB31, FOXL2NB, and AKT3. Each is linked with WIPF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF3-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPF3 versus RAB31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
