Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and JNK2. Each is linked with WIPF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF3-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF3 results are reported.
